Everyone was absolutely amazing and super helpful! Even though they didn’t have the bag I wanted in stock, I could still order it from them. Brooks was extremely patient and kind. She went out of her way to show me 3 different bags!
First time in the store. The staff was friendly and helpful and helped us promptly to purchase a fragrance. They even engraved the initials for us. Great visit. Will return when we're in Tennessee again.
Beautiful location and a large variety to choose from. Customer service was top notch and we were were able to see and feel many bags to choose the best one.
Low Quality Standards. Who would’ve ever thought that a luxury brand like Louis Vuitton would not stand behind their brand or uphold quality standards or remedy quality issues.
This lightly used bag had very worn handles simply from use; no damage, only from using the bag as it was designed.
The store manager refused to stand behind the brand and remedy an obvious quality issue unless I agreed to pay $400. Seriously! $400 to replace poorly made handles. Insane lol.

I had a needed a repair to one of my LV bags. I was assisted promptly and though they had to order the part, they called once it arrived. I dropped in and was greeted by three staff members and left with even a few perfume samples. Everyone seems genuine and happy to be there to be of help.
Bought a few things here. We showed up in our typical workout gear while the other customers were dressed nice and acting fancy. I was a little shocked when the employee in the back near the handbags went out of her way to assist me when I was clearly the only person in the store wearing a cheap but comfy t-shirt and sweatpants. The employees were very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we left with the exact items we needed. We are really picky and only buy things that are exactly what we want from a looks and functionality standpoint. They put in some time/work to make us happy with perfect understated, low LV marked but extremely functional gear.
